James v. State

¶1Appellant did not preserve the sentencing issues he now raises on appeal by raising objections in the trial court or by a motion to correct sentence under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(d). The judgment and sentence are affirmed.
