Davis v. Eddy

¶1Having considered appellant’s response to the court’s order dated June 19, 2000, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Scullin v. City of Pensacola, 667 So.2d 215 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995). The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant to seek review upon the trial court’s entry of a final judgment.
