Brown v. State

¶1The petition for writ of habeas corpus for belated appeal from the order of September 27, 1999, denying postconviction relief in Duval County case number 91-14028 CF-A is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(j)(5)(D).
