¶1Appellant challenges an order denying his motion seeking post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We reverse and remand for further consideration in light of the decision in Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000).
