¶1The order denying the defendant’s motion for the return of personal property seized when he was arrested was properly denied as untimely filed almost two years after his case was closed by his plea and sentence — well beyond the sixty day jurisdictional period provided by section 705.105(1), Florida Statutes (1997).
¶2Affirmed.
