¶1Affirmed. See Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000) (revised opinion). Our affir-mance is without prejudice to appellant seeking relief, in relation to gain time, through administrative channels of the Department of Corrections and to such other proceedings in the circuit court as may become appropriate.
