¶1Roger Hester has filed an appeal of the trial court’s summary denial of his motion to relinquish jurisdiction. We treat this as a petition for writ of certiorari and deny it. See Blackwelder v. State, 647 So.2d 991 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994).
