¶2 I believe that the state has shown that appellee’s consent to enter the house and recover the gun was freely and voluntarily given. Even though law enforcement personnel were present, there is nothing to suggest coercion or duress on the part of the officers.
¶3 I would reverse and, thus, dissent.
