¶1ON MOTION FOR REHEARING
¶2We grant appellee’s motion for rehearing, withdraw our previous opinion, and substitute the following.
¶3Having determined that the trial court considered the merits of all claims presented by appellant on his Heggs challenge and resentenced appellant in accordance with the 1994 guidelines, we affirm the trial court’s order denying appellant’s supplemental motion to correct illegal sentence.
¶4AFFIRMED.
