¶1The appellant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed. Affirmance is without prejudice to appellant to raise his challenges to the sentence and to the voluntariness of his plea in a timely, sworn postconviction motion. See, Fla.R.Crim.Pro. 3.850(2000).
