¶1The State concedes that the appellant’s motion to clarify sentence filed in the trial court on May 1, 2000, was inadvertently confused with a motion which had already been ruled on. Accordingly, we reverse the order denying the motion to clarify sentence filed May 1, 2000, and remand for consideration of the merits.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
