770 So. 2d 295

Edwards v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida

Decided November 6, 2000

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 2000-11-06

Relies on Gissendanner v. State · 760 So. 2d 114 - Leonard v. State

Decided 2000-11-06

PER CURIAM.

¶1In this direct criminal appeal, appellant seeks review of his conviction, following a negotiated plea of guilty. The sole issue raised is that his plea was involuntary because of medications he was taking. Because appellant did not seek to withdraw his plea in the trial court, we affirm. See Robinson v. State, 373 So.2d 898, 902 (Fla.1979); Leonard v. State, 760 So.2d 114 (Fla.2000).

¶2AFFIRMED.
