¶1Appellant raises several issues regarding his conviction for two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct toward a 14-year-old girl; we reject each of them but note that our affirmance is without prejudice to raising the claim of ineffective assistance collaterally. Kirkman v. State, 692 So.2d 318 (Fla. 5th DCA 1997).
