¶2Considering the record of these proceedings,
¶3IT IS ORDERED that the petition for consent discipline and the accompanying affidavit of consent submitted by Stephen E. Caillouet be and hereby is withdrawn.
¶4*639IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel for prosecution of the formal charges previously filed against respondent.
