¶1We sua sponte withdraw the previous mandate and decision issued in this cause and substitute in its stead the following:
¶2*108The portion of appellant’s sentence ordering him to report to Orange County’s collection court is stricken because the administrative order creating that court was declared invalid by this court in Blackiston v. State, 772 So.2d 554 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000).
