¶1The Defendant-Intervenors' Motion for Supplemental Relief Pursuant to this Court's Writ of Supersedeas is allowed. This Court's 12 December 2014 Order is modified to allow the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority to release and disburse the funds pursuant to the statutory schedule for the 2015-16 academic year.
