¶1Albert Gerald Cole appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence. Based on the limited record now before us, it appears that the sentence exceeds the legal maximum. Accordingly the order under review is reversed and the cause remanded for consideration of the merits of the defendant’s motion.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
