Robenson v. State

¶1The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. Petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal of the September 5, 2000, judgment and sentence issued by the Jackson County Circuit Court in case number 96-863CF. The trial court shall treat this court’s mandate as the notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D). If petitioner qualifies for appointed counsel, the trial court shall appoint counsel to represent petitioner on appeal.
