PER CURIAM.

¶1The appellant, Daniel Ritter, was convicted of grand theft auto after jury trial. We affirm the conviction but reverse that portion of the sentence relating to the Ninth Circuit’s “collections court program” in accordance with our opinion in Blackiston v. State, 772 So.2d 554 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000).

¶2JUDGMENT AFFIRMED; SENTENCE REVERSED IN PART AND REMANDED FOR RESENTENCING *429IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS OPINION.
