¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 13th of October 2015 by State of NC:
"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 14th of October 2015."
¶2State of NC shall have up to and including the 10th day of November 2015 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
