¶1We reverse that portion of the judgment placing appellant into a collections court program for the reason stated in Blackiston v. State, 772 So.2d 554 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000). In all other respects, we affirm.
¶2AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part and REMANDED.
