¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte J.J.D., Jr., 778 So.2d 240 (Ala.2000), the circuit court’s judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
