¶1We initially accepted review of Wade v. State, 751 So.2d 669 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000), based on express and direct conflict with McKendry v. State, 641 So.2d 45 (Fla.1994). Upon further consideration, we find that jurisdiction was improvidently granted in this case. Accordingly, we hereby dismiss review of this cause.
