¶1We affirm the judgment of conviction on appeal in this case. We remand for reconsideration of sentence, however, because the offense was committed on August 23, 1996. See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000).
¶2Conviction affirmed; sentence remanded.
