¶2 I am in accord with my associates in concuding that there is prejudicial error, requiring a reversal of the judgment. This error consists in the giving of special charge No. 7, requested by defendant, and the refusal to give special charges No. 1 and No. 3, requested by plaintiff, and in the exclusion of the hospital records, offered by the plaintiff.
