¶1IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, effective May 7,1997, that Jeffrey Keith, a.k.a. Jeffrey Carl Keith, Attorney Registration No. 0007885, last known address in Parma, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of July 13, 1995, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before August 14,1995.
