¶1September 17, 1907. After careful consideration of the petition herein, the Court fails to discover wherein any material question of law or fact has either been overlooked or disregarded.
¶2It is, therefore, ordered, that the petition for a rehearing be dismissed, and that the order heretofore granted staying the remittitur be revoked.
