PER CURIAM.

¶1The order of the trial court denying Mr. White’s request for jail time credit is affirmed without prejudice to allow the filing of a properly sworn motion pursuant to rule 3.850 of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. See Daily v. State, 750 So.2d 37 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).

¶2AFFIRMED.
