¶1The petition for belated appeal of the July 18, 2000, order denying petitioner’s motion for postconviction relief in Bay County Circuit Court case number 97-2344 is granted. See Vlacos v. State, 730 So.2d 864 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999). Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
