¶1The defendant was sentenced pursuant to Chapter 95-182, Laws of Florida, which has since been found to violate the single subject requirement of the Florida Constitution. See State v. Thompson, 750 So.2d 643 (Fla.1999). Therefore, as the State properly concedes, the defendant is entitled to be re-sentenced under the valid laws in effect on July 24, 1996, the date the defendant committed his offense.
¶2Remanded for resentencing.
