¶1ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

¶2As the state has appropriately conceded, the adjudications of criminal contempt below are reversed because they are improperly duplicative and because of the trial court’s failure to comply with the mandatory requirements of Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.830. The cause is remanded for further appropriate proceedings.
