¶1We affirm the circuit court’s summary denial of appellant’s motion to correct sentence, in which he sought relief pursuant to Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000), without prejudice to his filing, pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, a timely,1 sworn motion raising his claim, if indeed he received a guidelines sentence.
