A.K. v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 2001-06-08

Decided 2001-06-08

WHATLEY, Judge.

¶1We affirm the order withholding adjudication of A.K. and placing him on community control for petit theft. However, the order fails to comport with the trial court’s oral pronouncement that the term of community control was not to exceed six months. Accordingly, we remand the order with directions that it be corrected to reflect that A.K.’s term of community control is not to exceed six months.

¶2Affirmed but remanded for correction.
