Bryant v. State

¶1Having considered the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of May 8, 2001, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant’s right to seek review when the trial court enters a final order upon resentencing.
