¶1We reverse the summary denial of appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief, wherein he alleges that his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to call him to testify at the pretrial hearing on his motion to suppress his confession, and remand for the attachment of portions of the *1096record conclusively refuting his claim or for an evidentiary hearing.
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED.
