¶1AFFIRMED. See Polakoff Bail Bonds v. Orange County, 634 So.2d 1083 (Fla. 1994)(“a judgment must be entered before the conditions of an appearance bond are satisfied”); § 903.28, Fla. Stat. (1999)(trial court may direct remission of up to a certain percentage of forfeiture, depending on amount of time that has passed after forfeiture).
