¶1We affirm the order on defendant’s post-conviction relief motion as to all grounds except ground “C.” As the state properly concedes, the conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm while engaged in a criminal offense violated defendant’s double jeopardy rights. Accordingly the conviction on that count is reversed and the sentence is vacated.
