¶1Lorain App. No. 96CA6392. On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists; the parties are to brief the following issue stated in the court of appeals’ Journal Entry:
¶2“Does R.C. 2919.21(A)(3) contemplate ‘support’ to include proper care, feeding and medical attention as well as financial support[?]”
