Per Curiam.

¶1 After careful consideration of the questions presented by the pleadings herein, this Court is. satisfied that no sufficient grounds exist for granting the injunction and that the petition should be dismissed for the reasons set forth in the return.

¶2 It is, therefore, the judgment of this Court, that the petition be dismissed.
