¶1ON REMAND
¶2The Florida Supreme Court, in accordance with Grant v. State, 770 So.2d 655 (Fla.2000), has vacated this court’s opinion of May 3, 2000, and remanded this appeal to this court for reconsideration.
¶3As to all issues raised on appeal, we find no error or abuse of discretion. Therefore, the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
