  1. “I do find by clear and convincing evidence that the children are deprived, that the conditions and causes of deprivation are likely to continue or will not be remedied, and that by reason thereof, the children ... will probably suffer serious physical, mental, moral, or emotional harm. This finding is based on my earlier findings above. [The son] was removed from the parental home on 21 January 2015, when he was one month old.
