¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 17th of August 2016 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 22nd of August 2016."
¶3*154State of NC shall have up to and including the 28th day of September 2016 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
