¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 30th of August 2016 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 31st of August 2016."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 24th day of October 20 16 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
