¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 14th of September 2016 by State of NC:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 14th of September 2016."
¶3State of NC shall have up to and including the 28th day of September 20 16 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
