¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Turner, 792 So.2d 1141 (Ala.Crim.App.2000), the judgment in this case is to be reversed and the cause remanded to the Jefferson Circuit Court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
