¶1Marvin Ameal Harriott appeals from his judgment of conviction and sentence, arguing that the trial court erroneously denied his for-cause challenge of a prospective juror. We agree, and reverse and remand for a new trial. See Hamilton v. State, 547 So.2d 630 (Fla.1989); Brown v. State, 728 So.2d 758, 759 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999).
¶2Reversed and remanded for a new trial.
