¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 22nd of November 2016 by Defendants:
¶2*269"Motion Allowed as to a 5 day extension only. By order of the Court in conference, this the 23rd of November 2016."
¶3Defendants shall have up to and including the 12th day of December 2016 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
