¶1The following order has been entered on the Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief filed on the 14th of December 2016 by Respondent:
¶2"Motion Allowed by order of the Court in conference, this the 16th of December 2016."
¶3Respondent shall have up to and including the 28th day of December 2016 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court.
