¶2I agree with Judge Kahn’s dissent in State v. Warren, 755 So.2d 145, 147-148 (Fla. 1st DCA) (Kahn, J., dissenting), review granted, 767 So.2d 461 (Fla.2000), and would hold that convictions for aggravated battery can serve as prior convictions for purposes of section 784.03(2), Florida Statutes (1999). I would reverse the dismissal of this case and remand for further proceedings.
