¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. I, No. 9-98-769; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2001-KW-0519.

¶2Denied. However, state responses to question #5 subparts (1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (8) shall be submitted directly to the trial court for an in camera inspection. La.C.Cr.P. art. 718.
